Grenoble what to visit

Grenoble, a town located in the southeast of France near the Piedmont border. A perfect destination to visit during a weekend, for Christmas markets or just as a stop for a tour of France. Grenoble is famous for winter sports and the spherical cable car, but it also hides other attractions.
What to see in Grenoble:
The Mountain Troops Museum.The museum on the Bastille of Grenoble presents the history of the birth of the French mountaineers. Audio-guides, historical finds, and projections reconstruct the birth of the alpines from 1888 to the present day. It also proposes comparisons between the French and Italian mountaineers during these years and reconstructing great events of the war. The cost of the ticket is 3 euros per person for about one hour.

INGREDIENTI:

  • 350 g. di Mix di farina senza glutine (200 g di farina di Riso + 150 g. amido di mais);
  • 200 g. di uva bianca;
  • 2 cucchiai di grappa;
  • 1 p. di sale;
  • 2 uova;
  • 125 g. di margarina sciolta;
  • 1 bustina di lievito;
  • 100 g. di zucchero;
  • 1 bustina di zucchero vanigliato (8 g.);
  • 1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato. 

PROCEDIMENTO:
  • Dividete i tuorli dagli albumi. 
  • Montate a neve gli albumi con un pizzico di sale. 
  • Preriscaldate il forno a 200°. Sbattete i tuorli con lo zucchero e aggiungete la farina di riso, l'amido di mais, il lievito lo zucchero vanigliato e la grappa. 
  • Incorporate gli albumi al mix precedente e aggiungete la margarina. 
  • Pulite l'uva e tagliatela a metà. Eliminate i semini al suo interno e aggiungete al mix. Aggiungete il bicarbonato e mescolate il tutto con una frusta. 
  • Versate il composto in una teglia da forno a cerniera del diametro di 20 centimetri (precedentemente rivestita di carta forno). 
  • Infornate per 50 minuti. Lasciate raffreddare e servite con lo zucchero a velo.

INGREDIENTS:

350 g. Gluten-free flour mix (200 g. of Rice flour + 150 g. cornstarch);

 2 spoons of grappa;

1 p. salt;

2 eggs;

125 g. of melted margarine;

1 packet of yeast for desserts;

100 g. sugar;

1 packet of vanilla sugar (8 g.);

1 teaspoon of baking soda;

200 g. of white grapes.

INSTRUCTIONS:


Divide the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Whip the egg whites into the snow with a pinch of salt.

Preheat the oven to 200 °. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and grapes.

Add the egg whites to the previous mix and add the margarine.

Clean the grapes and cut it in half. Remove the seeds inside and add them to the mix. Add the bicarbonate and mix it with a whisk.

Pour the mixture into a 20-centimeter-diameter zipper edge baking tray (previously lined with baking paper).

Bake for 50 minutes.

Allow to cool and serve with icing sugar.
