Plumcake rustico con marmellata. Vegan gluten-free. Il plumcake rustico con marmellata è una ricetta semplice senza glutine, senza lattosio naturalmente vegan. Perfetta come merenda o come colazione per chi sta seguendo un regime alimentare specifico.  Ingredienti per il plumcake alla marmellata: 500 g di marmellata (gusto a piacere); 350 g di farina senza glutine tra cui: 200 g di farina di mais bramante (quella per polenta), 100 g di farina di segale, 50 g di amido di mais; 2 cucchiai di olio di cocco o mais; 1 pizzico di sale; 1 bustina di lievito per dolci (senza glutine); 1 bustina di zucchero vanigliato; 50 g di semi di Chia; 1 tazza (230 g)  di bevanda vegetale di riso (gusto a piacere); 1 tazza di acqua (230 g); 2 cucchiai di zucchero o altro dolcificante; 1 pizzico di spezie tra cui: curcuma, zenzero, chiodi di garofano in polvere; 1 bicchierino (50 g) di vodka al limone (a piacere).  Preparazione del plumcake rustico:  Mettere a bagno per circa 30 minut
