INGREDIENTS: 2 tablespoons Corn Oli 1 Baking powder yeast bag for cakes 1 Vanilla Sugar Bag 2 tablespoons Icing sugar Salt 1/2 Cups Cherry or cherry liqueur 1/2 Cup water of the cherries 1/2 sparkling water 1/4 Cup Cherries 4 tablespoons bitter cocoa powder 1 Cup Dark chocolate 2/5 Cups Flour DIRECTIONS: 1. Sift the flour, with the yeast, the sugars, and the cocoa. Add a pinch of salt and mix the powders. 2. Add to the powder: the oil, 50 ml cherry liqueur, 50 ml of the water of the cherries, the sparkling water and mix it all with a whip. 3. Work the mixture for a few minutes trying to incorporate air and avoiding the formation of lumps. Add the Cherries. 4. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Pour the mixture into a baking-cake (diameter 18 cm) and inform, in a ventilated oven for at least 30 minutes. 5. Make the toothpick test before removing the cake from the oven. 6.
